Empezamos, usamos la maseca y le agregamos el caldo y le agregamos el aceite... claro el aceite vendrá a gusto de ustedes bien puede ser manteca vegetal o manteca de cerdo o cualquier aceite pero yo estoy usando aceite de aguacate con girasol... y pueden usar la cantidad que les parezca conveniente a su salud... en este caso yo solo usaré 1/4 de taza, no mucho sólo para que me quede suave la masa.. y claro el aceite se lo pondré después del caldo...
- Ahora que ya tenemos nuestra maseca revuelta con el aceite, le ponemos sal al gusto y le agregamos las hojas de chepil crudas, no necesitamos cocerla y revolvemos todo completamente hasta cubrir toda la masa.. recordemos que le pongamos sal al gusto claro....
- Ya que tenemos toda la masa con el chepil remojamos las hojas de tamal para que se ablanden y empezamos a hacer nuestros tamales... y cuando hemos hecho todos nuestros tamales los ponemos en la tamalera y dejamos por 1 hora y media a fuego medio y cuando sintamos el olor del tamal, estaremos pendiente de su cocimiento....
- Y listo en este caso usualmente en México se comen con salsa de chile seco y la salsa que ustedes tengan.. algunos que les gusta sin salsa en desayuno pero ya el gusto de ustedes, espero lo disfruten.. enjoy✋...
