- Le añadimos al tartar mostaza de dijon y una cucharada de salsa de yogur, no echéis demasiado o quedará muy líquido y os costará después cerrar el nigiri. Ponemos a punto de sal y pimienta.
- Forramos una esterilla de sushi con papel film, de esta manera nos resultará más fácil hacer el nigiri
- Cortamos un aguacate en láminas lo más finas posibles, el aguacate deberá estar en su punto óptimo de maduración, o no tendrá flexibilidad para cerrarlo
- Extendemos el aguacate sobre la esterilla, solapando las láminas sobre la parte verde, de esta manera conseguiremos que al dar la vuelta sea la parte visible
- Cubrimos el aguacate con el tartar de salmón en una capa uniforme y apretamos ligeramente para que después el rulo quede más prieto.
- Cerramos el rulo, llevando la parte más cercana a nosotros hacia el extremo contrario, y apretando después para que quede bien cerrado (en el vídeo que tenéis en mí canal de YouTube se ve, que escribiendo es complicado de entender)
