  1. En un bowl mezclar la manteca con el azúcar, una vez que esté bien integrado agregar los huevos de a uno y sin dejar de batir. Sumar la esencia de vainilla y mezclar
  2. Ir agregando la harina junto con el polvo de hornear (si no tienen harina 0000 se puede reemplazar por harina leudante) hasta formar una masa
  3. Espolvorear con harina la mesada y formar un bollo tierno con la masa, llevar a la heladera por 30’.
  4. Mientras tanto, cortar en pequeños cubos la batata y llevar a derretir en una olla con un poquito de agua, cuando esté tibio pisar la batata. Reservar.
  5. Amasar la masa y colocar en el molde, sobre ella esparcir toda la batata uniformemente y con el resto de la masa hacer tiras sobre la batata. Llevar a horno por 35’ hasta que esté dorada por fuera.
