  3. Almíbar: Agrego el azúcar, el agua y en mi caso cascaritas de Naranja(Amo sentir ese saborcito a naranja) dejar hasta que se disuelva el azúcar sin revolver. Luego lo revolvemos un poquito y vemos el punto hasta lograr el deseado, Mi punto fue PUNTO HEBRA LIVIANO,(NO ESPESO) es cuando se forma un hilito pero que se desliza rápido...
