- Habiendo cumplido el tiempo de frío, retiramos la masa, estiramos 2 tercios y forramos el molde. Pinchamos la masa y a la heladera.


- El tercio restante, lo estiramos en forma rectangular procurando que no se pegue en la mesada..
- Tomamos nuevamente la bandeja y colocamos el dulce dentro de forma uniforme. Tomamos las otras y colocamos cruzadas sobre el relleno.


- Al horno mínimo durante 40 min.. o hasta dorar los bordes..
