- Rellenamos el molde con la preparación de dulce de batata y realizamos el típico enrejado con tiritas de masa. Por último batimos 1 huevo y con un pincel pintamos toda la superficie para que se dore al hornear


- Cocinar a temperatura moderada (130°C - 140°C) más o menos 40 minutos o hasta conseguir el dorado deseado
